mmbl energy are a unique provider of affordable Energy Solutions including Commercial & Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates & Home Information Packs. Our background is in commercial and domestic property with over 30 years experience in building surveying, quantity surveying and project management. It is because of our extensive background in housing and construction that we are also able to offer additional services that includes Corporation Design Quality Standards (April 2007), Housing Quality Indicators (HQIs) assessments, Lifetime Homes Standards and Code for Sustainable Homes (or EcoHomes) and Building for Life Requirements.

Unlike other EPC providers, not only do we have a background in construction and property, but we employ our own surveyors who have all qualified through the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and who have also undergone additional Asbestos and Health and Safety Training.

Head of mmbl Energy Ian Blanchard is an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the property and construction industry.
